At the beginning of our cooperation with EkoDeveloper, the first task was to create a prototype website. We focused on designing the basic structure and identifying the most important elements and sections of the site before starting more detailed graphic work.

Using tools such as Figma and Miro, we are developing a collaborative platform that allows us and our clients to effectively monitor progress and evaluate a project from its initial stages. This way of working promotes effective communication and allows us to make changes easily.

The goal of this project was to create a website with numerous features that make it easier for users to decide whether to buy a property. Our intention was to provide easy access to information about investments, the brand and the experts behind the company.

An important part of our work is maintaining a close relationship with the client. After developing the initial version of the site, we organized a video call to introduce our concepts and discuss how the client would provide comments and suggestions.

Coding the page

In the process of building a website for a real estate developer, an important moment was coding it using Elementor. This tool allows intuitive building of the site's interface. Once the implementation stage is complete, the client can change the site's content on its own, avoiding the need to engage experts.

Our priority is to provide our clients with the ability to independently manage their websites. This allows them to quickly adapt to evolving market requirements and visitor expectations.

During the coding phase, we also integrated the planned functionalities. As a result, the website not only looks attractive, but also effectively achieves its business goals.

Property configurator

An intuitive tool that allows you to filter your preferred parameters for an apartment, house or investment, with the option to download the details as a PDF.

Property search engine on the homepage

In addition to the configurator itself, the home page has a search engine with filters that dynamically shows us the values and parameters of the apartments.

Virtual walkthrough

It provides a detailed tour of the apartment/home, offering a more detailed view than traditional photos.

Interactive visualization

It allows users to check the availability of specific parts of the building in real time.

Maps with location and neighborhood

They make it easy for potential residents to get an idea of the location and vicinity of the development and review the most important points nearby.

Form for booking a presentation with an agent

It makes it easy and efficient to make appointments without the need for telephone contact.

Real estate recommendation system

It presents offers with similar parameters, when the selected apartment does not meet expectations.

Group real estate inquiries

Properties can be added to favorites and then send a group inquiry about them through the contact form. The user does not have to send an inquiry for each apartment/house individually.

Blog/construction diary

The developer shares the progress of projects, which increases user engagement.
