About the project

Our task was to design and implement a modern website for MAGNUM Real Estate - an office specializing in property management and supporting clients in the process of buying and selling apartments. The site was designed as a clear, sales-oriented platform that clearly presents current offers, explains the scope of the company's services and allows quick contact with potential clients.

Graphic design

An important inspiration for the visual layer of the project was the symbolism of wolves, with which the brand strongly identifies. Wolves symbolize loyalty, instinct, cooperation and group leadership - values that MAGNUM also transfers to the way it builds relationships with clients and approaches to property management. This motif was clearly emphasized in the design through distinctive graphics and photos, as well as through a distinctive color palette based on deep navy blue and gold accents. This has given the site a strong, recognizable character that sets it apart from typical real estate industry websites.

The site's structure was designed to lead the user naturally through the company's most important areas. The homepage presents the brand's philosophy, key services and currently available properties. Special attention has been paid to the clear presentation of the offers - each of them has its own sub-page containing a detailed description, photo gallery and the most important information about the property.

On the functional side, the site has been equipped with solutions that realistically support the user in the decision-making process. A credit calculator has been implemented on the tabs of individual apartments, which allows the user to easily estimate the amount of a potential mortgage installment. To make it easier to get an idea of the property's location, Google maps have also been integrated into the listings, allowing the user to quickly check the location of the apartment and its surroundings. A contact form is also available on the site, allowing users to quickly send an inquiry to the office.

The end result is a coherent and distinctive website that combines a distinct visual identity with functionalities tailored to the needs of the real estate market. The website not only presents the company's offer attractively, but also supports users in analyzing available apartments, better understanding financing options and quickly establishing contact with the MAGNUM Real Estate office.
