Fresh Gelato is a brand that was born out of a passion for Italian gelato culture in 2015. Its mission is to share with the world the magic of Italian artisanal ice cream that delights in taste and quality.

Prototype

Creating a prototype - a mock-up of a one page website

In the initial stages of creating a website for the Fresh Gelato ice cream chain, we focused on developing a mock-up, often referred to as a prototype of the site. This preliminary outline allowed us to visually propose the structure and layout of the site before proceeding to the detailed graphic design.

Using Figma, we were able to present the client with the complete structural premise of the site at a very early stage. This allowed us to precisely define the locations for the various sections, texts, graphics, videos, forms and CTA buttons.

In designing the site for Fresh Gelato, we focused on its key task: encouraging potential franchisees to fill out a contact form. Our goal was for each element of the site to provide the visitor with relevant information regarding the benefits of working with the brand. As part of this plan, we emphasized various methods of presenting the offer, from text to customer reviews to multimedia showcasing the advantages of the partnership.

Communication with the customer is crucial for us. Therefore, after completing the prototype, we organized a video call. During it, we not only discussed our progress, but also provided specific guidance on making suggestions for changes.

At the stage graphic design Our goal was to create a modern site that would present to potential franchisees a unique proposal for cooperation with the company in an accessible and engaging way. The site is dominated by elegant black colors, which harmoniously harmonize with gold accents, giving the whole a luxurious feel.

The hero section welcomes visitors with a dynamic video showing the interiors of Fresh Gelato locations. Directly below it, still in the "above the fold" section, an intuitive form is presented that encourages people to start working together, with contact information below it.

The aesthetics of the site are complemented by authentic photos - from the teams working in the ice cream shops, to the interiors of the establishments, to photos of the products themselves.

The benefits of joining the Fresh Gelato family are highlighted by aesthetically pleasing icons that work perfectly with the site's overall visual identity. The content excerpts have been subtly varied with graphic elements such as arrows and frames, which avoids being monothematic.

Authentic feedback from satisfied franchisees plays a key role in building trust - not only in the form of texts - for greater authenticity, we have also enabled YouTube videos in which real business partners share their experiences.

 

Implementation

Coding the landing page

Implementation of the website type of one page for Fresh Gelato was a key step in its development process. We used the Elementor platform to achieve this goal. Its biggest advantages are its simplicity and intuitive operation, which allows customers to make updates and changes to the site on their own, eliminating the need to involve experts.

The client, having the ability to edit the content of the site himself, is able to effectively adapt it to changing market requirements and user expectations. This ability to act independently provides more freedom to manage content, while reducing the need for constant contact with developers.

During the development of the site, we also introduced features that served the company's business goals.

Contact form

The menu section of the site features a prominent CTA button, directing visitors to an easy-to-use contact form located at the very end of the site. After filling it out, the potential franchise partner gets information that he can expect a response within 48 hours.

Multilingualism

Understanding the needs and expectations of potential foreign language users, we have introduced a multilingual feature. The site, in addition to the Polish version, is also available in English and German versions.

Integration with You Tube

When coding the site, an important step was to incorporate YouTube videos in such a way that the The user could view them directly on the site, without having to leave the site.
