We are a fully remote marketing agency dedicated to providing comprehensive services to business clients. We have two main departments - creative and marketing. We are looking for a new team member in the marketing department who will be responsible for designing
CUSTOM (off the chart)
Graphics for social media, online advertising campaigns, various kinds of utility graphics + AI generation and modification skills welcome.

- Individuals with experience in designing graphics for advertising and social media, understanding of online marketing and online sales psychology
- people with experience in creating graphics with a high level of aesthetics and consistency

- responsive individuals who are available during the day and business hours (regular night work is out!)
- people with extensive experience in Figma
- a person able to work with AI and willing to develop in this area (we place great emphasis on this)

- Designing promotional graphics for Facebook, Instagram, Google
- Designing labels, covers, rollups, business cards, banners and other print materials
- Visual identity design based on the brief - logo, key visual, brandbook
- designing graphics for social media
- composition of e-books, possibly (rarely) books
- Preparing designs in Figma/Photoshop (ultimately everything lands in Figma)
- Collaborate with other team members: graphic designers, programmers, copywriters and project managers
- Animation of videos (reels, short commercials)
- Support to the web design team (ability to create web UI)
- illustrating graphics - illustrations, icons and other materials that can be used on pages or in advertising materials
- Knowledge of English at the level that allows free communication, i.e. B2 (most companies are from Poland, but there are also some from other European countries).

STAGE 1: Receiving applications and evaluating candidates

- Candidates participate in a recruitment interview.
- Optionally, a second meeting with an additional person (e.g., a specialist or board member) may be required.
- After a positive assessment of the interview, candidates receive a recruitment assignment.
STAGE 4: Implementation of the recruitment task
- Candidates complete the recruitment task and submit it by the deadline.
- Based on the results of the task, we select the person or persons with whom we will establish cooperation.
