Interactive agency + Marketing agency = Two Colours

About the project

Experts representing the Live with Rent brand help people achieve independence and financial freedom through secure real estate investments. It was crucial for us that the design of the website reflect the nature and character of this business.

We invite you to read the following description of the implementation of a business card page for Live with a lease.

Prototype

Creating a prototype - a mock-up of a business card website

During the first stage of developing a business card site for a real estate company, we focused on creating a prototype - often referred to as a mock-up of the site. This initial visualization allowed us to present the proposed layout of the website before we proceeded with the detailed graphic design.

Using the Miro tool - although there are others such as Figma to choose from - we were able to see the full structure of the site with the client early on. As a result, it had a clear framework from the beginning, in which we determined the placement of sections, texts, images, videos, forms or CTA buttons.

When creating the site for Live with Rent, we emphasized its main goal, which was to attract customers to sign up for the newsletter and make contact through the form. We wanted every part of the site to provide the user with valuable information. As part of this premise, we provided for a variety of forms of presentation of the offer, from informative texts, to sections with figures, to a place for video footage showing the benefits of investing in real estate.

Constant contact with the customer is a priority for us - That's why we held an online meeting right after preparing the prototype. During it, we not only presented our work to date, but also provided clear instructions for making comments and suggestions for modifications.

Graphic design of a business card type website

For the graphic design of the website for Live with Rent, we focused on conveying the professionalism of professionals who advise on real estate. The site is subdued, but not boring or monotonous. It is dominated by shades of navy blue and white, which create an elegant and modern look. The CTA buttons are in a golden beige color that stands out on the page, but is not intrusive. There are delicate outlines of real estate photographs in the background, which add depth and make the site visually appealing.

The main section of the site, which the user goes to immediately upon entering, contains a newsletter sign-up form. The form is clear and easy to use, and filling it out allows the user to receive information about special offers. At the top of the page is a menu bar that leads to various sub-pages, such as testimonials, contact and an about us section. The menu also includes a prominent CTA button leading to the contact form.

An interesting section with figures reports, among other things, a high percentage of on-time payments or occupancy of rented apartments. Immediately below is a real estate book incentive that leads to a purchase on the customer's external site.

The website of a company like Live with Rent could also not miss a section with reviews from satisfied customers. These reviews build trust and further reassure interested parties that this company is just what they are looking for.

Implementation

Website coding

Page coding The business card was a key step in the creation process. For this, we used the Page Builder Elementor tool, which is popular for its dynamism and ease of use. Elementor is not only a friendly tool for developers, but also allows customers to modify the site themselves. This allows them to effectively adapt the site to current market requirements and visitor expectations without being dependent on an ongoing relationship with an agency.

At the stage of coding the site, we introduced a number of necessary functionalities to increase its business efficiency.

Form for generating leads

On the home page, in the hero section, there is a form for signing up for the mailing database. This is a key part of the so-called sales funnel, which helps attract potential customers. To encourage visitors to enter their e-mail address, exclusive information about special opportunities is offered.

Contact form

The contact form makes it easy for visitors to contact service providers directly and send a request for a profit calculation.

Pop-up window

After a certain amount of time after entering the site, a pop-up window is displayed that encourages you to sign up for the newsletter. This time, access to 10 lessons explaining basic real estate issues is offered.
