Prototype

Creating a prototype - a mock-up of a beauty salon website

A key step in the creation of the Perfect Eyes beauty salon website was the design of its initial version, or so-called prototype. At this stage, we focused on creating a basic visualization, which allowed us to present the overall layout of the site even before we started detailed graphic design.

In the prototyping process, we use tools such as Miro and Figma. Thanks to them, both we and our clients are able to view and modify the entire layout of the site - from the home page, through all the subpages. We then determine preliminary locations for various sections, content, graphics and call-to-action (CTA) buttons.

The main goal we set ourselves when designing the Perfect Eyes beauty salon website was to make the offer clear and as intuitive as possible.. We wanted users to easily find all the necessary information and to be able to get a deeper insight into the salon's offerings. We envisioned various forms of presentation, from descriptions to photos showing the effects of treatments and portraits of the salon owner, who is responsible for the services offered.

An integral part of our work is close cooperation with the client. After creating the mockup, we held a video call to discuss our design and provided clear instructions on how to submit any corrections and suggestions.

Graphic design of a beauty salon website

The realization of the graphic design of the Perfect Eyes salon's website was a very inspiring task for us, which aimed to reflect the professionalism of the salon's services. We decided to create an aesthetic based on a combination of dark brown tones, which were broken up with lighter gold and cream accents. Using a dark background, we highlighted the light shades of the text headers and CTA buttons, which were meant to attract the attention of potential female customers.

We created the hero section of the homepage with visitors in mind - so that it contains all the key contact information, such as phone number, email address and salon opening hours. Prominent CTA buttons direct visitors directly to the appointment section and to browse available treatments.

We know how important valuable content is, which is why the site is loaded with information - from tabs with information about services, promotions and vouchers, to a simple and clear price list.

Aiming to build trust, we have included a personal note and photos of the owner-treasurer in a comprehensive "about me" section.

The description of each service has been prepared to provide the user with full information about the treatments offered. Informative descriptions allow clients to get a thorough understanding of the nature of each procedure, its course and expected results.

We also decided to enrich the site with real photos of completed treatments. This visual evidence allows visitors to the site to experience the real effects of the services offered. This way, customers do not have to rely only on verbal descriptions, but have the opportunity to see directly the quality of the services performed in the salon.

The beauty salon's website could also not miss a section with reviews from satisfied customers, which inspire confidence in users interested in the services.

Implementation

Coding a beauty salon website

Implementation The Perfect Eyes salon website was a crucial stage in the entire process of its creation. For its implementation, we used the Elementor tool. Its main advantages are its ease of use and intuitiveness, which allows customers to update and expand the site on their own without having to seek support from specialists.

Thanks to the client's ability to edit the site's content independently, it is able to dynamically adapt to changing market needs and visitor preferences. Such autonomy provides the client with the freedom to manage the content of the site, eliminating the need for constant contact with the development team.

While programming the site, we also implemented functionalities to make it even more user-friendly and meet its business goals.

Booking system for cosmetic treatments

Thanks to the built-in form, customers can quickly and conveniently book selected services on preferred dates. The entire booking process has been moved to an online environment, eliminating the need to engage in traditional forms of contact, such as phone calls or writing messages and waiting a long time for a response.

E-commerce module

Users can not only browse the available services, but also make purchases directly through the site. You can easily add vouchers for treatments to your shopping cart and pay online via PayU. There is also an option to pay directly at the salon after booking online.

For those who have questions or need additional information, the site offers a live chat feature. It allows immediate contact with a consultant who is ready to provide answers and support in real time.
