About the project

Our priority was to craft a site that not only attracts attention from the first seconds of a visit, but also encourages further exploration of its content. This was achieved through an aesthetically designed hero section, which immediately communicates to potential candidates the target audience of the site's content. Intuitive navigation was also a key element. We took care of this by placing clearly visible CTA buttons in strategic locations on the site, leading directly to the recruitment survey conducted via Google Forms. This layout allows users to access the form quickly and easily.

Graphic design

The design of the site was carefully considered to reflect the nature of the company's business and its dynamism. We used three main colors: black, white and orange, giving each section an individual color configuration. Adding a gradient effect to many elements of the site brought additional depth to its appearance. The lightning bolt symbols, placed in key locations, not only refer to the electricity industry, but also add dynamism to the entire composition.

The content on the site was designed to be concise, informative, yet engaging. Since the site's content resembles a well-structured job offer, it was important to build trust among potential candidates. To this end, we decided to include real photos of the people behind the project in many places. This approach not only increases the credibility of the offer, but also allows potential candidates to feel a more personal connection to the company.
