About the project

Our task was to create a website for Zakręcony Spiżarnia, integrated with a functional e-commerce module. The website had to not only attractively present the catering offer, but also provide an intuitive user experience for each user, effectively encouraging purchases. 

Twisted Pantry specializes in providing healthy meals prepared without preservatives or artificial additives and packaged in eco-friendly glass jars.

Prototype

Prototype - Mockup of an online store

We began work on the Twisted Pantry online store by creating an initial design for the site, namely. prototype. In this early phase, we focused on plotting the basic outline of the site and defining its main elements and sections, before proceeding to develop more detailed graphics.

We use tools such as Figma and Miro to work on this project. They allow our design teams and clients to jointly analyze and discuss the layout of the site from the very first versions. Thanks to this method, communication is smoother and making any corrections is faster and easier.

From the very beginning, we carefully plan the layout of all the components of the site, such as different sections, texts, graphic elements, multimedia and CTA buttons, to ensure ease of use and functionality at every step of the future user.

Graphic design

A key element of the graphic design was that it should convey a warm and homely atmosphere, reminiscent of grandma's kitchen. The use of bright colors combined with burgundy accents, such as CTA buttons, frames and icons, makes the site easy to navigate and full of life.

A key aspect is the skillful balance of text and graphic elements, which prevents the user from being overwhelmed by an excess of information. The texts are concise and focus on conveying the most important information from the user's perspective. A section highlighting the differences between standard catering services and Twisted Pantry's offerings is an effective strategy for convincing potential customers to use the brand's services and products.

The feedback section of satisfied customers and the "about us" tab, which presents the faces behind the brand, build trust and show the authenticity of the company. The division of products into categories with the possibility of filtering, as well as interactive product images that change when the cursor is hovered over, are just some of the features that effectively present the store's offerings.

As an added convenience, the allergens in each dish are detailed and the preparation of dishes is graphically depicted. 

The store is also equipped with an aesthetically pleasing blog, which provides a platform for owners to share their knowledge and thoughts.

Implementation

Coding an online store

 

In the process of building an online store for Twisted Pantry, a key moment was implementing it with the help of Elementor. This tool allows intuitive customization of the website's appearance, which is beneficial for our clients - once the work is finished, they can change the content on the site themselves, without having to hire experts to do it.

 

We want our clients to be in control of their website, allowing them to quickly adapt to evolving market needs and visitor expectations.

While coding the site, we also implemented the planned features, which makes the site not only look good, but also achieve the stated business goals.

E-commerce module

This functionality transforms an ordinary website into a full-fledged online store.

The e-commerce module makes it easy to add products to a shopping cart and use various payment methods, such as Blik or Tpay, which is an important part of convenient online shopping.

Contact form

A clear contact form provides customers with easy communication with the company. It allows website users to directly and efficiently send inquiries or express their concerns to brand representatives.

Newsletter sign-up form

The newsletter sign-up form, which offers a discount on the first purchase, is an element that raises the standard of customer service and facilitates building long-term relationships with users.
