WCAG accessibility audit - Full compliance of your site

An inaccessible website is a problem that can cost you much more than you think, from lost customers to financial penalties. A WCAG accessibility audit allows you to quickly see where mistakes are hiding and how to fix them before they become a real threat. Ensure compliance, image and competitive advantage before your competitors do.

Numbers you can't ignore

Statistics don't lie. Behind every website barrier is a missed opportunity: for a customer, for profit, for a better image.

  • In Poland, more than 3 million people have a legal disability certificate.

  • 71% users leave the site if they find it difficult to use it.

  • 83% people limit their purchases to sites they know are available.

  • In Poland, only 12% online stores meet accessibility standards.

  • For 75% online shoppers, ease of use is more important than price.

Why is an accessibility audit so important?

Digital accessibility is not just a standard today, but an END.

Better brand image

A site that meets digital accessibility principles builds an image of a company that cares about all users. This reinforces trust, improves the visitor experience and translates into greater engagement and customer loyalty.

Compliance with the law

Failure to comply with accessibility rules can result in fines and image damage. Polish regulations and the European Accessibility Act require an accessible site. You can read more about the requirements here: How to prepare for the European Accessibility Act

Greater profits and improved SEO

A WCAG audit is a business development opportunity. Standards-compliant sites are rewarded in Google results, which means better visibility and more visitors. This translates into more customers and a real increase in company revenue.

What does our WCAG audit cover?

Our audit packages are designed to fit a variety of needs, from small businesses to large corporations. Depending on the package you choose, you can count on a detailed analysis of your site, supported by both automated and manual testing. Below are options to help you achieve full compliance with WCAG guidelines.

  1. Package 1: Availability Verification (699 net)

This is the first step if you want to quickly assess your site's accessibility status. We use automated scanning tools such as Wave and Lighthouse, and then our experts verify the results so that the report is reliable. At the end, you'll receive a PDF document with a list of detected errors and practical recommendations for repair.
  1. Package 2: Accessibility audit (£4,000-10,000 net)

This is a comprehensive analysis of a WCAG 2.1 AA compliant site. It includes both automated and manual testing - we check contrast, colors, ARIA attributes, keyboard navigation and menu operation. We verify the site using screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver to ensure that the content is actually accessible. The result is a detailed WCAG 2.1 AA compliance report and a prepared Declaration of Accessibility that complies with Polish regulations.
  1. Package 3: Advanced Accessibility Audit (£12,000-25,000 net)

This is the most extensive service, designed for large websites and portals. It includes all the tests in Package 2, plus an analysis of compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and WCAG 2.2 AAA. We extend the audit to include PDF documents and up to 40 key views or processes, such as login, payment or search. As part of this package, we also conduct in-depth manual testing and simulations of the site's use. Finally, we organize a workshop with your development and design team to ensure that the implementation of improvements goes smoothly and effectively.

What does the accessibility audit process look like at Two Colours?

Implementing an accessibility audit with our agency is a simple and transparent process. We follow a proven pattern that allows us to adapt to your needs and gives you full control over your expenses.

  • Stage 1

    Analysis and planning

We start by getting to know your site and determining the scope of the audit. We identify the key sub-pages, processes (e.g., login, forms) and accessibility criteria that we will examine.

  • Stage 2

    Site verification

We perform automatic and manual tests - we check contrast, header structure, keyboard navigation, ARIA attributes or support by screen readers. This allows us to catch errors that block accessibility.

  • Stage 3

    Report and recommendations

You get a detailed WCAG compliance report with a list of errors and suggested solutions. Depending on the package, you can also count on consultation for the implementation team to make corrections fast and effective.

  • Stage 4

    Post-audit support

We don't leave you with a report. We offer you the opportunity to take advantage of technical support and advice on implementing changes so that your site realistically meets WCAG standards and is accessible to all users.

How long does a WCAG audit take?

Audit time depends on the package you choose and the complexity of your website. Pricing is always individual, and to get you started, you can take advantage of accessibility verification, which will allow you to assess the condition of your site for as little as PLN 699 net.

Do you offer post-audit support?

Yes, after the audit, we offer the possibility of additional technical support so that you can get the most out of the system. Additionally, in Package 3, we offer workshops with our development and design team.

What is the difference between WCAG 2.1 AA and WCAG 2.2 AAA standards?

WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) are guidelines that outline how to create web content to make it accessible to people with disabilities. Version 2.1 AA is a widely accepted standard, while version 2.2 AAA includes additional, more stringent criteria that provide an even higher level of accessibility.

What are the consequences of not having an accessibility audit?

Failure to make a site digitally accessible can result in financial penalties and negatively impact a company's image. An inaccessible site loses potential customers and worsens its position in search results, since Google's algorithms favor sites that are friendly to every user.
